Marissa has over 18 years’ post admission experience working in the legal profession practising primarily in commercial,  corporate  and property law. Marissa founded Dimarco Commercial Lawyers in 2021, after spending 7 years as Partner in a National Law firm running a Corporate/Commercial and Property Law practice as well as 6 years as a Solicitor Director in a boutique commercial Newcastle-based law firm.

Alison has 19 years’ experience working in the legal industry and 10 years post admission experience practising predominately in the areas of property and commercial transactional law. For the past 9 years Alison has worked for a Newcastle based property and commercial law firm. In her role as a Senior Associate of that firm, Alison led the property team consisting of lawyers and licensed conveyancers.
